Dear Sir/Madam,
AI-Kredit Money Lending App Hosted by Kailash Auto Finance Limited is cheating people, who are in money need with flase commitments.
1. It is not a registred NBFC with RBI
2. Loan agreement terms are not followed.
3. Advertised Amount and Snactioned amount is quite different, and is disclosed after approval only which against fundamnetal right by any consumer.
4. Loan Tenure and Intrest rates are quite unusal and also not disclosed till the amount sanctioned to account.
5. No Option given to revrse the lending decission by consumer, which also a fundamental right of any consumer to cancel aggrement with in 15 days
in this way they are cheating.
6. Customer Care number not avaiable and Email Not responsive
An immediate action against this App Hosting Company is highly appreciated to save many more people.
