I applied for an online loan at Rupee Balance Online app. They charged ₹ 15000 for the membership fee, which I paid. Then they asked for another ₹ 30000 for the review fee. I refused to pay and asked them to cancel my application and return the ₹ 15000, but they said it was non-refundable. They never mentioned all these hidden charges. I want to have my money back. I submitted my Aadhaar Card, PAN card, and three contacts’ phone number. They are frauds, who are taking advantage of people who need financial support. Please do something.
