Firstly jio fibre employees does not guide the customer what type of product they are selling to their customers.
Secondly, I’ve raised my issue for cancellation, and confirmed the procedure from the call centre team and escalation team that the plan will be cancelled and the amount will be returned to you. But when I visited the jio office the executives denied to accept the product and talks something and I believe which is compliance to the customer.
moreover it has been passed 10 days have raised issue for the product cancellation still no one has visited to my address and call center executive always give me new slot.
