Sir/Madam,
I have invited to hotel been selected member for Newly Purchased car on 7th June 2023, I have visited the said hotel and sales manager explained well with all possible wrong information and they don’t give time to think, it is promo offer and I ended up giving Rs.1,95,0000 (through Credit card) believing the words of sales executive and offers by promising that I don’t have to pay interest and tax of card bills for 24 months EMI and others. They tell us the amount will be refundable in case anything goes wrong.
For confirmation of membership I got a call from Country Holidays Travel India Pvt Ltd on 9th June 2023. Call Centre calls to confirm membership but there is a mismatch with sales manager offers and call Centre person. They didn’t shared the copy of the agreement that time. They didn’t give me time to read the document fully and were in a hurry to sign the document immediately . And they said that they had kept the agreement copy in the plastic bag, which later we found that it was not there. On continuous emails and calls they did not share paid amount receipt and agreement copies. I kept on trying to call the sales manager Mr. Amit Thakur (96610 62497) but he is not responding . I am not yet a registered member of Country Holidays Travel India Pvt Ltd as my deal was not confirmed.
I want them to provide a refund amount (1,95,000/-) as the company is not trustful
Note I had not taken any of their services, not even free ones.
