We have obtained the Membership of Royals Club Internation from Matheran for Rs. 86000/-. At the time of representation of membership details they have totally misrepresented us and obtained the signature on agreement. Our representative is Azhar Saikh & Neha Silva from Matheran. They have said no AMC will be applicable on your membership now online our membership shows AMC is payable. They have shown us the luxurious property available for booking when we are trying to booking nothing is like that and they are responding only once after so many communications. We have communicated for booking the property now they are saying you must have to avail meal from resort you wants to book and for that you have to pay and they are also charging some exchange fees for booking. After adding all this amt. you have to pay the amt. which will be more than the amt. if you directly book the property through some booking site at you own. This means though you have paid for this membership you have to pay more amt. than regular booking charges to Royals club. They are totally fraud. Please don’t get trapped.
