I booked a indigo airline ticket on 13/03/2021 from Ranchi to Hyderabad bearing reference no.- REF542236091. I opted the date of travel – 24/03/2021 and made payment of the fare amount. After making payment, i got an email from Travolook but they didn’t confirm the ticket. Followed by i got a call from Mobile No. 9319973445 and told me that your ticket has been cancelled due to booking of same flight by the other person at the same time. They assured me that i would get money in next 15-20 days. While approaching to the above contact no. the person who had called me are not lifting my phone. In this regards, please register my complaint against www.travolook.in and take necessary action against them. I would request you to take stern action against them and save to others.
