Text of Complaint by Somya Ranjan rath:

I applied for a new connection for tata play dth on 30/07/2022 saturday at 8.30 AM through (online )official website of tata play and i made a payment of RS 1430. i also received a transaction id for the same in my email. Since then 2 days have passed but they are not installing the dth . i have made several calls to the costomer care service but they are making false statements and passing the day .I want my money back immidiately .
