1 | I ordered to M/s Amazon’s Customer Service vide my order referred above for delivery of “Dell inspiron 5491 2 in 1 Touch screen 14 inch Laptop” quantity – 01 amounting Rs. 59,990/- to be delivered at the following address:-

2 | I was shocked from Amazon’s Customer Service when I got a message from Dr. Daya Sindhu Sharma (recipient) that Amazon has made a fraud through supplying a piece of stone in place of Laptop ordered under order referred as above. |
3 | The delivery of the ordered packet was made on 30.10.2020 at 01.10 PM by the delivery man bearing No. 911414721444 and when the recipient tried to open the packet in presence of delivery man, he ran away. Just after two minute of delivery of packet at 01.12 PM, When he was connected on phone, he replied to come after 10.00 minutes and after ten minutes when he was again connected at 01.23 PM , he refused to come back taking the of delivery burden. Both the call recording made with delivery man at 01.12 PM and 01.23 PM enclosed herewith for keeping on record for future reference. |
3 | When I got the message from recipient at 01.15PM, I immediately collected the references and made my complaint to Customer Service on telephone as well as through E-mails, regularly this issue and I was assured that an investigation team has been constituted to look into the entire matter and the results will be communicated to you. The communication made between me as complaintor and customer service representatives of Amazon during last week is tagged / herewith for keeping them on record for future reference. |
4 | Amazon earlier version was that investigation is under process and it will take 04-05 days for final findings. Later on, all of sudden, Amazon takes U turn and replies that the investigation is completed and as per update the product was deliver in a tact condition and the product was present inside the parcel hence return or replacement of the order can not be created. |
5 | I had been a faithful customer of Amazon for last one decade like others, but today I have lost my faith in Amazon’s biased investigation process who has tried to escape the cheaters involved in the channel of Amazon’s Customer Service. How an investigation can be completed without hearing the complaintor and recipient who has opened the packet and drawn a live video of the same. Is it justified on the part of Amazon to set side such the serious complaint on one sided proceeding? Should opportunity be not given to the suffered side. |
Amazon has its distinguished identity and a lot number of followers. Such type of activities on part of Amazon creates suspense among customers taking to its involvement in promoting such the mal-practises and frauds.
I would again request to the Amazon service team to take valid step at the earliest to avoid further incontinence.
