I was in emergency need for some money so i came across this online app on phone named aakredit for instant loan lending with repayment of the amount within 7 days. The principle loan approved was 5000rs but 3000rs was deposited in my account they had pre held interest amt of 2000rs for loan of 5000rs with 7 day repayment pathetic as it sounds, Now on the 7th day I received repayment notificatiion with link but the link sent is fraudulent Or invalid unable to make any payment. The link is showing different UPI Ids that is not getting verified to the company’s name instead it is registered to different merchants, traders, individuals when trying to pay every time. There is no helpline number Or contact available on the app. My registration details looks altered on the application. I am receiving watsapp contact all of a sudden with threats to leak my personal details to public if the amount isn’t repayed but i am unable to pay the amount neither the sent link is valid nor there is any sort of helpline available, Again to this nightmare I received sudden notification telling that another loan of 5000rs is being approved n the money(3000rs) is deposited in my account. I didn’t approve or take any new loan while I am trying dead hard to pay the existing one.
I seek legal advise and help!
Please help and do the needful.
