I’ve installed the VAUNDY LOAN APP from Google Play Store and I have provided my details to check the loan availability and have closed the app without any further activities like requesting for assured sum of amount i.e 7000/-. Later I was credited with the sum of 3850/- for the assured sum of 7000/- and I was notified that the sum of 7000/- has to be repayed for the loan amount of 3850/-. The provided amount of 3850/- is credited to my account with out any prior information to me, to know whether I’m willing to take it or not. After 3 days they call me and ask for refund and threat me that they will send my photo to everyone in my contact with words like rapper and such. After I told them that I had contacted your customer care regarding this there recovery agent send my contact my picture with words like rapper and loan borrower and also send me abusive audio messages even if I tried to contact her. She and also customer care no didn’t response. Please take appropriate action against them
