Tracu Loan app on 26th may i had installed and i was just checking if I will be eligible for a loan or not. There was an option as ‘continue Certification’ which take me to the document upload section where i have uploaded documents such as Aadhar And Pan Card and then it take me to the bank account adding section after i added a bank account then i clicked on submit. After few hours i checked again on app and it was showing application under examination. But then suddenly i got a message saying that 3850 amount has been credited to my account and then i saw 7000 amount due on the app for 6 days tenure. There was no loan agreement or loan breakdown. I don’t know what to do as i don’t have such amount now. Please help me on this regard
