Firstly, I only received 6,000rs out of the 10,000rs loan I was approved for, due to a 4,000rs processing fee. This is completely unjust and needs to be addressed.
Secondly, I was subjected to threats from your agents before the loan’s due date. They went as far as saying they’d contact my family and friends if I didn’t make an immediate payment. Under pressure, I made the payment ahead of time, but to my dismay, the loan still shows as unpaid on the app.
I wish to highlight that I was not adequately informed by your agents about the nature of the payments being made. At no point was I informed that the payments I made were solely towards deferment fees. I was under the impression that these payments would lead to the closure of my loan account.
