Hello,
I need to urgently address a fraudulent loan entry that has been associated with my PAN card. The entry is apparently connected to CapFloat Company, a company I’ve never engaged with. This unauthorized entry is affecting my credit and financial standing.
Details of the fraudulent loan entry:
Loan Amount: INR 400
I strongly believe this is a case of fraud, as I have no involvement with CapFloat Company or any loan application. This situation is causing significant distress and damage to my financial credibility.
I insist that CapFloat Company launch an immediate investigation into this matter and take prompt action to rectify the situation by removing the fraudulent loan entry from my PAN card records.
Please provide me with a written acknowledgment of this complaint and a clear timeline for resolution. I expect consistent communication throughout this process.
