I recently downloaded this app from the Play Store and registered my details. However, I have encountered a concerning issue with this app. Without my consent, it has automatically approved and disbursed three loans, each amounting to ₹3600, with approximately ₹2100 being deposited into my bank account for each loan.
I promptly reached out to the app’s customer support through their WhatsApp help number and also submitted a complaint via the feedback section, clearly stating that I did not apply for these loans. Unfortunately, their response was uncooperative, and I was left with no choice but to forcibly repay the loan amounts.
Today, on September 7, 2023, I opened the app once more to check my loan section. To my dismay, I discovered multiple loan applications ranging from ₹4000 to ₹6600. I want to emphasize that I have no intention of availing any loans from this company.
I have previously communicated my disinterest in their loan services and consider these actions as fraudulent. I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter.
