Dear RBI Team,
My name is Vikash tiwari and I am suffering from mentally harassment from rupee tiger, sk loan and kredit coin app. Actually the concern is that i have to book the tickets of my parents from gorakhpur to delhi but my amazon pay was not working and no amount in bank also. So I have downloaded the loan app (as mentioned above) on dated 20/06/2022 and filled in the basic details to check loan eligibility. But after filling the details, Rupee tiger app credited an amount of Rs. 1600 /- after deducting the processing fee of Rs.1200 /- without any intimation on the same day (Total Payable Rs.3000 /-). After that sk loan also credited an amount of Rs. 1200 /- after deducting the processing fee of Rs.800 /- without any intimation (Total Payable Rs.2000 /- ). The due date was 4 to 5 days for both. I knew after that it was a fraud app so I made the payment today. but after payment sk loan was again credited of Rs.4800 /- after deduction of processing fee of Rs.3200 /- without confirmation (Total Payable Rs.8000 /- ) and another 2 transactions of Rs. 1600 /- again from Kredit coin when I don’t have this app in my phone as well at that time. I am completely stressed and very disturbed with this whole drama. Maybe I am not the only person but so many others are also suffering with the same pain.
I am from a middle class family and this type of fraud I can’t afford. In 4 days, they looted approx. Rs.8000 /- from me in the name of loan processing amount and also threatening me and using abusive language if i will not make the payment.
I would request you to kindly take action immediately.
