I’m seeing to take a loan and somewhere I got downloaded one loan app named as Elephant cash. They asked to upload aadhar card and pan card to check loan eligibility and I uploaded. I selected 60000 to check but they didn’t show the tenure and interest rates. They approved 2 loans of Rs 3500 but they credited Rs 2100 for each. And then they showed to pay within week of 3500 each.
Then I tried to open repayment page but that is not working, i sent a mail to them but no replies. And I tried uninstalling the app and searched everywhere to download it again but I’m not getting that application in Play Store and any browser now. So how I can repay that amount and what I can do if they ask more money after a week. They is no option to pay only so I’m raising this complaint. Please help me and so many peoples from these types of fraud things. Please
