I took a loan from on line app named TYTOcash. The loan amount was 5100 and amount disbursed by them was 3596.
I paid them on line through thier app Rs5709 on 19th September. The copy of which i am sending.
Then the company claimed they have not received the money so pay again and my previous deposit will be refunded.
Then again i paid Rs4677 through UPI provided by them on App. Again they claim the money is not received.
Now this time they gave me company account number at UCO bank and i again transffered Rs6065.09.
After this they called again and ssid it is not getting updated so deposit again Rs4677.
I told them i have no more money to deposit and kindly refund my money.
They say if i dont deposit Rs4677 again I wont be able to get any money back and loan is already pending.
What should I do.
I have all recording of the converstion on my phone.
I am sending all payment detail and loan details.
