I am Swarup Paul,beg to draw your kind attention to ventilate my opinion through this window
regarding a serious concern that I have faced recently.
Few days ago through a mobile app I had applied for a loan and did repay duly before the
deadline. To my surprise I got to notice that though my previous loan account has been closed a
new loan amount has been activated without my prior consent.
I tried to solve it by paying the second loan amount also. To my utter surprised I got a third loan
intimation which got credited in my account without my personal intervention.
I understood that I had been trapped in a loop. On the name of loan they are processing huge
fees. They are sanctioning loans on their own without my personal confirmation and taking
huge processing fees.
I immediately contacted them through email and their primary response was that I am the
person who is responsible for this loan through the apps. The name of the apps is TakaMall.
I am raising my complaint against the apps regarding the issuing of loan without my approval
and subsequent transactions in my account without any legal paper.
I would be much apologized if you kindly look into this scam so that the users like me on mass
level can be benefited.
