I applied personal loan in Liberal Loan app on 23rd March 2024 for Rs. 10000. But the app did not mention anything about processing fees. They disbursed Rs. 6000 to my bank account and Rs. 4000 as processing charges. The due date is 29th March 2024 (within 6 days). It’s totally against RBI rules and guidances.
Even, I’m trying repayment today 28th March, 2024, the repayment is not happening. There is no proper repayment gateway or channel to pay back. There is no guarantee that my payment is done to the right party.
They are asking me to pay through qr code for which the phonepe or gpay is not authorising payment. They also give direct payment to some phonepe id’s. But those id’s are some local airtel recharge persons and some mobile shops.
They mention that, if payment is not done they will use my contacts and photoes and trouble me.
Please help me in this regard
