My name is Aninda y. I have downloaded the “AMP Credit app” and gave details as asked by the app ( like Pan Card, Aadhar Card and Bank Details). After that without my knowledge 1 loan amounts of Rs. 1800 has been credited into my account in different name from SBI. Whereas I have not applied. I Trying to contact customer care but no one answers. Then after 0ñe week they have started call me via WhatsApp and phone call to pay loan Rs. 3000 through link which is send to me and harras me regularly for payment. They have told me if you do not make payment of our loan of Rs. 3000 we will contact to all yours friends and relatives. Pl. Look about this matter and oblige
Please close the loans and revert back the amount.
