I hve taken loan from VERIFILE IND without my knowledge. I was aware of repaying the amount more than 50% of what they credit to our account. Even though I pay it back it is not been updated or been shown in the app. I took a loan of 4200 but only 2310 is credit to my account and 1890 is a processing fee which should be payed by me . And the payment is also not updated properly Evn aftr the repayment is done

Same happen with me? What can be done in this case do u have any idea.. they keep pn processing once we pay the loan and we have to pay double amount
