I am hereby to register complaint against fraud loan app, after uploading documents (Pan card & Photo) and Bank account details in Lighting rupee app, they told me i am eligible to take loan and generated the note if you can’t take loan now then your CIBIL score will effect. then i clicked on proceed button. Later, i received some of ₹5400/- in my account on date 18-12-2022 in 3 terms (₹1800/-) respectively, and total amount they told me to pay ₹9000/- by date of 24-12-2022. And from yesterday (23-12-2022) they keep started threating me from various International numbers and receiving messages on WhatsApp, and they access my contact list too, they said if you don’t pay the loan, we will inform to your contacts list memeber and edit your given photo and will share it on social media.
I’m literally bit scared because of this scam. i uploaded the text message from them i received in the morning.
please help me and get out of this.
