I have a loan app named rainbow app ,I had taken a loan by mistake without giving any information to me like how much interest will be charged on the loan ,How much amount will I get when to pay back etc,All this without telling anything directly put money in my account, rs 4620/- and my repayment is rs 8000/- after 6 days only , Which I did not want to take, for this, because they did not have any mobile number, I also emailed them before the money came in my account.When the money arrived in my account, I called the customer care of their company.And told him that I do not want your loan, then he told me that you should just return this money which you have come to the bank.And if you return this intangible now, then your loan will be closed and none of your loans will be left with us.So I returned that money to him and my account was closed in the app through which I had taken this money.
But for the last two days, calling me the whole day, they are saying that your loan is now: 8000 rupees are pending and pay immedatly ,I gave them all the proofs such as recording the conversation with the customer care and the screen short of the money I had put.
But they are threatening me that if I do not pay back that money, then they will tell my family members.And I will speak to all the contact lists I have and will also down my CIBIL score.They are torturing me mentally, due to which I am very upset, so i request you sir please help me .I am also sending you subprof so that you can check
