Text of Complaint by Pritom Mahanti:

FL loan is a app in Google Play Store. They asked me to pay RS 2000 ase a processing fee towards a loan of RS 20000. I have paid after that they said you need to pay RS 6000 as your account is freezed to unfreeze it. I paid after that they again asked me to pay RS 8000 to unfreeze the account. So I asked them that I don’t want the loan please refund me the money I.e; RS 8000. But now they refused to do so. So sir, please take some serious action regarding my issue and please refund my money and ban such app. Thank you

  1. So I have good news. I just installed the app and they contacted me. In the mean time I tracked their ip and got an address. Here’s the details.

    IP address is 65.1.94.81

    I got the gps coordinates – 19°04’29.3″N 72°53’08.2″E

    I checked the map and i think it’s a mobile shop or something.

    I’m attaching the map location.

    Use this details to catch him or give it to the authorities.

Apply on some instances loan app the toke my all data my pan card and adhar card and blackmailing me to give extra charges they give me 20000 thousands and take about 47000 and on due date the are call regular and abusing

I had take a loan amount of Rs 4000 and 5560 with penalties it was one day delay payment deu to not well but I requested them to wait for 2hours I will pay the amount but they had called to my all contacts and send them my pan photos and even details like I have referred my contact list this is really not good the app should be out of Google Play Store even ban this kind of apps. They all are fraud so please take necessary actions as this people is actually very rude and they even didn’t know how to behave with customers.
