I see a FINCFRIEND Personal Loan Ac# 200233239 reflecting on my CIBIL Credit report . I would like to inform that I have never applied for a personal loan from the bank and it seems that someone have misused my identity documents and got it approved. I have already raised a dispute on CIBIL and also informed the bank by email regarding the issue. Can the bank please look into the matter as it is impacting my CIBIL score and get it removed from my CIBIL report.
