I have noticed an active account (5004778U) for a short-term loan from Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd listed on my CIBIL report, which I did not take out. This is negatively impacting my CIBIL score., and despite multiple reminders, i have already given complaints but not received any meaningful updates.
