I have applied loan in rupee balance online they first said to pay security deposit i paid then they said to pay loan charges 1500 rs i paid 4500 rs on dec 4 2022 then again they said me to pay gst charges 10000rs i stopped and not paid they said money will get refunded in one week when i said i dont want loan but they never refunded please help
