Respected Sir,
With due respect & humble submission of a Complaint against the fraud company Elastalink, situated at 419 – 421, 4th Floors, Jay Narayan Complex, Est. Sardar Market, Gandhidham. (address mentioned in agreement) actually I have loss my job in july 23,So that I was looking for a part time job for a long time but unfortunately few days back this company has called me for part time job ( Data Entry) and I started working with a very happy after hearing everything from them, before I started the project they sent some agreement they took my photo my signature everything they offer me 6 days work 482 form have to fill salary u will receive 21k.but i didnt give my photo and signature they put in agreement some one girls pic and sign they do forjerry for job they now telling pay 68,900 for project loss amount how to possible can i give i didnot seeing any agreement and they dont showing also now demanding money but am poor in money i dont have job also y cheating like this companies Under compelling circumstances, it;s my humble request your gracious honour kindly take an action against the frauds, company. Because they will do more such things, and there are many helpless, jobless people like me in our country and they will become their victims if you are not taking any action against them.
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that, your honour may graciously be pleased to look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible and for this act of kindness, I shall remain ever grateful to you.
