have got a call from a lady of macro tech she told me to do 500 forms in 5 days and asked me to give me a signature and id card and passport size photo without any agreement sharing and then they pasted those pictures on their so called government agreement and with the rule that if I won’t able to do it I have to pay rs 7100. Now they sent me a following lawyer notice.

This Intimation letter Informs you that Nano Technology Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.

Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.

Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.

Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.

IPC SECTION SECTION-420 Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person de­ceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

IPC SECTION SECTION-406 Punishment for criminal breach of trust Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both. The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement.
