I have ordered lingeries from kasmira website whose advertisement I have seen in facebook. It was a prepaid order. But I have received wrong product with poor quality. Now There is only one email id available i.e
care.kasmira@gmail.com on which I am sending mail continuously for return of product and refund of amount. But no reply is coming. If this is a fake add on facebook it needs to be stopped for further defraud.
