I have a subscription under my company name with Just Dial since 2021, account details below:

we shut our company in April 2022 and also send an email notification to Just Dial various times, giving reasons for our inability to continue and make any further payments.
Just Dial Never replied and their customer care said they won’t cancel the subscription. After my follow-up email and explanation of the situation we were communicated on call that our subscription will be cancelled
However justdial is charging us since last 1 year regularly
I do not understand the eed to do so by Just Dial and harass the customer, we paid them for almost 2 years without any delay, however now that we don’t want the services they are not cancelling it, I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can’t stop it.
I was told by the sales person of the company, that this is a regular practice by Just Dial and they always harass the customer with such tactics.
Appreciate your support and assistance on above, otherwise i will be going ahead for legal actions against just dial.
