Dear sir,
6 days ago I have started data entry jobs from home and they have said that we have to do work from home and if we do multiple logins of the data entry profile with in 7 days then we have to pay 7999 rs as a fine and yesterday evening when I was doing that job the id doesn’t logged in and it has given the notification that my id is got blocked due to multiple log in then when I have called the customer service the number was switched off and today morning I have got a call that according to agreement your id got logged in multiple time and you have to pay fine of 7999 rs that is not possible by me sir, please help me sir from this fraud jobs now they are telling that they will file a case against my documents

Bhai mujhe company ke number dena mujhe usko gaali deni h. Mene bhi yehi kaam kiya h NOVA TECH ENTERPRISES .Aur mene mera kaam 3 din me pura ka diya aur mere bhi yehi notification aa rha h “multiple time logging ” wala.

I ALSO Received call from them and trying to traped me I agreed their agreement but didnot do work due to not connect rheir no for any support peior to start the work so i made many times call but not picked any one i tried many times and Then they pick my no and told me you hv logined so hv to pay i told him i do FIR For that reason they told me go and do whtever you want. So Imaje acall to cybercrime branch due to lockdown i didn’t get response buti hv all call recording details for furrher enquiey .And ready to fight for these fake companies who trapping poor and innocent people.

Same things happened with me, after completing my work today, I submit all form after rechecking. In evening they called me and said that I did not correct 576 Form , for generating my QC . And they give me offer to edit 20 form more against of 9580 rs. ,which is refundable alongwith salary paymnet. So I told them to send all these statement in writing in my mail id and I called all three person, two of them were talked so badly and was giving me warning that either I have to pay 4900 or they will go to court for disclose such matter.
I simply told them, If you genuine want your work ,and this was not a fraud game, then You have to share some error shows mechanism, because we are not robot, but you all are sitting to do robbery by making legal agreement with poor people. And they do not even gave sufficient reason to correct their work. I did not commit that some of mistake, but they have some faulty system design.
It is simple way to loot innocent people by showing their paper.

Same happend with me. I call the Helpline and says to Recheck Q. C. they cut the phone. After few hours from legal department name Rajesh parmer sent me a intimation mail which stats they have file a case. And continuously harassing me. What should I do?

listen ,first calm down and darne k jarurat bilkul nhi h. koi b paise dene k b jarurat nhi. wo kuch b nhi krege. sirf aapke dar ka fayda uthayege. unse bold hokar bat kro, and unko saf bolo ki tum complaint kroge, is number pr or is nam or company k against, . Wo kbhi pareshan nhi krege.
Nd kya suicide krna h, 30000 ki kimat h kya tumhari jaan k. So stop behaving fool.
100% agreed. These are totally BOGUS companies. They try to scare people and extort money from them. When they call, do not answer the call. If they speak, DONT act scared. If they feel you are not scared by the threats and will not pay them anything, they will leave you alone and not waste their time on you.
Exactly same situation with me ND now I am totally mentally disturb with this type of fake job and fake agreement.. They mailed and called me again ND again now I am frustrated too much.. What can I do please help me please don’t know how can I handle this ND deal with this situation becoz..he abused me ND blackmailing me ND send me mail fake notice they take serious action against me without any signature in agreement they said that this is your agreement ND you breach your agreement ND blah blah please answer me how can I solve this richaraj582@gmail.com this is my mail please give me some tips how can I deal with them.
