Respected Sir/Madam
I’m Alan Kunjumon Thomas, on December 7th, 2021 a what’s app message came on my phone about a data entry work from Techwork Solutions. I accepted that because I was in need of a job at that time & a person named Ravi Sharma told me to complete 600 forms in 5 days. I completed the work with maximum accuracy which I could have made and they said that I only made 125 of the forms correct. But when I looked at the incorrect forms in fact most of them were perfectly similar to what I have entered.
So I ignored their messages until an advocate texted me with a legal notice, saying that I should pay the reg fees. I gave them the reg fees as they threatened me that if I didn’t do so I will go to jail. After asking a lot of friends and family members I paid them Rs 6499.
Now they are saying that I have to pay Rs25599 as I have breached their contract which I was not at all aware of. I told them I will not pay the money because that is not fair and all. Now they sent me a legal notice & saying that you have to pay the money stated or else I have to pay Rs 2 lakhs.
Please help me & take legal action against that fraud company. Please help
Dude just chill,the only mistake you did was pay them 6499 rs,they will call you send mesaage and everything ,you just dont case ,block their numbers and relax,no one is coming with a legal notice.

Sir I’m in the same situation, they send me messages saying lawyer notices from multiple numbers .. Will the police visit our house as they say or just threaten us and extort money?
