My name is Pinki ,a college student, wanted to work from home.
I worked for an online company UNIX technology where they gave me 8000 captcha filling job to be completed within 8 days stating 90% accuracy should be done and if i failed to complete the work in tym i have to pay the penalty of ₹6700.
I didn’t work for them and becoz the work is so lengthy. After 6-7 days they sent me a mail. The advocate Ravi DESAI{Mob No. 7096526544 } is mailing me and threatening me that they had filed a case against me for not paying the amount and asking me to pay ₹1,28,500 for cancellation the agreement.
And after two days, a msg is received from JM-ATVTSF i.e. Mr/Ms. Pinki hard copy Notice of your ?Breach of Contract? case under the Section-73&74 has been dispatched at your address, which will be delivered to you within 72 working hours. Feel free to call at 7096526544 for any assistance as Government has appointed Public Prosecutor to work in your favor. ATVTSF.
