We have received call from Hirexa Service, located at 610, jb tower, drive in road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. They told us that they will give us forms to fill and it will be just a typing work, they also sent us an agreement while speaking on phone and ask us to sign it(send photo and signature).
We ask them to give us time to read the agreement but they said that you have limited time and system will logout after 10 minutes and then you won’t be sign so first you have sign.
They didn’t give us time to think and pressurised to sign.
After a call we read the document and then we were not ready for this agreement.
So we immediately sent them an email stating that we are not ready for this agreement and we won’t be able to do your work.
Then they are Harassing us by calling, messaging and through email also.

This Intimation Letter Informs you That ” HIREXA SERVICE” Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention in THE AGREEMENT THAT IF YOU HAVE ” NOT SUBMITTED ” ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
As per our conversation company was given a chance for settlement but you can’t pay. So according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company.payment is not done so your case is transferred for further proceedings at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 92102 / – for total loss to our client.
Remedies for breach of contract:-
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION:-
SECTION 406:-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement.

Hirexa fraud (data entry)
They are also calling to me and asking me for 10000 as fine but i said that i will not pay single penny to them and they mislead me and say that they will file a case in court and i said that i will see you in court. i request all you guys that stay away from this type of frauds and scam moreover i am trying to call them and their phone is switched off
No company is in Gujrat of hirexa so plz don’t pay any amount to them they are create huge scam with innocent people
