I had received a call from a girl named Pooja( 8657742257) on the 25th of September 2020,saying that if I wish to do a captcha job. On saying yes she had asked me to send an Id proof and my mail id. I did send them my details and then I got a mail from( dept8336@gmail.com )was sent link which I had to send it through whatsapp to sanket (9920085192). I was not told what the link contained and followed the instructions. Later on opening the link I see an agreement form with my name used in the signature even without my knowledge. I then later received a call from a number ( 7227034957) asking me about my willingness to work and prior to the call Sanket had asked me to say” yes” to everything asked on the call. Then I agreed and received a mail with my login id and password from the id( info@offer2earn.com ). Then that was their last mail and I contacted them via mail after 10 days or a week regarding how to start work . Then I get a call saying to call the number given on the agreement . When I opened the link of the agreement it said” page not found”.  I was also told that I would be trained for the work but there was nothing further . Then today I received the mail to pay dues or they will file case.

Today on the 9th of October 2020 I get a mail from(associatefirm20@gmail.com) asking me to pay my due of 7510 rupees for not completing my given task. Also on asking them for a copy of my apparently given documents and agreement on which they are threatening to file a case they are only asking me to pay or fight the case. They had given me a UPI (Q39785955, legal services)to send the money and are also not responding to my mails where I have asked details.

I also received a text message around 12:00pm today stating “””Mr/Ms.Dxxxxxx ,This is to inform you that your internal case id (3945601) has been listed on 09/10/2020 for
Legal proceedings. Kindly call on 6358235963 for further details.”””
