I had been told to work on 600 forms in 6 days, and will be paid Rs. 30 per form. I had been emailed an OTP to login and then was told to add my signature. However when I started working on the portal they had added an agreement with my signature on it. Without even allowing me to read it. My signature was added to their agreement with their clauses without my consent.
I kept on working but they kept pressurizing me to work fast on 3rd day, so that I make some mistakes. And on 4th day somehow blocked my ID with an excuse that I had to login/logout each time I work! And then told me to pay Rs. 3999 to reactivate or same amount for getting the salary of my work done. They are scammers. And only want money and now threatening with legal notice, for an agreement they didn’t even allow me to read.

What is the status today, same thing happened with me but I havent made the payment, they are abusing and threatening me also of sending Rs.50k notice, what remedy to be adopted further.

I had worked on this site , today morning it was not working, when I contacted them they asked me to pay 3999/- I agreed also i transfered Rs.1 for confermation but they didnt confirm wheather received or not, they were in a haste and forcing me to make payment, I found it bit fishi to pay, They told me they will pay around 12000 for work done along with 3999, in couple of minutes, but I couldn’t get the confidence to pay, then I asked Company Id Like GST and other for which they refused.
Can any one look into it and guide whether payment must be made or not to them, or are we into some legal pachda. Pls. guide some one.
