I applied for non-voice process job in Rectitude technology on 16th January 2020 where they asked me to complete video kyc and given me a link where certain details needs to be given. I have not submitted my form and it got submitted itself saying that i have submitted the form. At first they asked me to give rs 5000 for first month but then they said i had to give rs5000 every month. I told them on 16th January itself that i wont do the job. But, suddenly i received a text message saying that they will do case against me for breaching and take legal actions where i haven’t done any wrong and told them on 16th January that i won’t do the job. They are threatening me to send the legal notice in my address. Please take legal action against this company and the advocate who is fighting in favour of the company.

This complaint is regarding work from home online Jobs by litespeed technologies. Ms.Lakshmi representative of the above said company called (contacted no: 9951265308) reg word to pdf conversion work 960 pages in 12 days ( 80 pages daily submission). I confirmed of no charges and was told payment in 3 working days. I have submitted the completed work before in given time frame. I have all the communications regarding submission of work and they committed payment on 20th dec 2021. But on 19th they sent a link as below

Next enter your details and you can transfer your amount. When this is accessed it says i have to deposit and tranfer Rs.8616/- to this wallet created by them. Then they will transfer the salary amount through Paytm. I believe this is something fissy and cheating. I have evidence for all the conversations and commitments assured by Laksmi. Pls do the needful to stop people loosing money with these fraudulent works. Please do the needful.
