Hi, My Name is Santosh Kumar Jha. I’m From Purnia District Bihar. on 7th of January 2021 I received a call regarding freelancer job (data entry). the person named ajay kumar called me, said that he is calling from fusion tech company which is in maharashtra and took my interview and asked me to submit my Aadhar card copy and picture of my signature in a blank paper. I did it all and was ready to do the work. it was a 5 days project, I completed it in time and summited it as advised. after that I received my quality report saying that all the forms has error and my quality was 0%. therefore, I won’t get paid, after that I received a call from a girl asking me to pay 12550 rs before 12:30 pm on 15th of January. the number I received the call was 9924417041, her name was anchal sharma. The way she was talking, I really got too afraid and paid them 12550 rs, after that I received her call again saying that company can’t close my case like this and I’ll have to pay 97990 rs in total, which I denied as I’m unemployed and don’t have such money. they started threatening me and said that I’ll have to come Nanded court Maharashtra to settle the matter, when I requested her to solve the issue as I cannot pay such heavy amount, she get back to me after few hours and said that the company has told her that if I pay the half amount of 97990 rs which is still around 48000 rs, they can close my case, I again told her that still the amount is too high for me to pay.
after that I received a mail from a advocate names shivani gayakwad, saying that the have file a case against me the case id is UEL09/2020/339. I was so afraid that I called m lawyer and told him everything and show him everything, he then told me that it’s completely fraud and I don’t have to listen to them anymore, after that I again received a mail about the court procedure, after that I’ve blocked their contact numbers and the email id, since then I haven’t received any call or mail or message. however, I’m still thinking, this must not happen with anyone else, therefore, I’m writing this complaint and hope that someone will resolve it.

A company named Fusion Tech, having registered address at No:05, Empire Complex Bagya Road Nanded Maharashtra 431601, (Probably, fake) called and offered me part time data entry job. I accepted the offer and I was ready to sign the agreement. They asked for any identity proof on which address was mentioned and my photograph. I sent my picture and a signature on a black paper, which they automatically inserted in the contract. I was not able to see the terms & conditions of the contract. All conversations uptil now was taken place by someone named Mitulya who called using 9879603578 number.
Then, i received the work, which was of 5 days. I had to complete 500 forms. After completing 250 forms, the website started to misbehave, everytime, it got lodged out when i submitted one form. I called them time to time, but this was of no help. After certain time, they ignored me to pog in my account. So, the task was not completed within 5 days. They said there’s issue from my end. But, everything was fine. The internet was working fine and everything.
After 5 days, i started receiving calls and emails from their end, claiming for money. I did a research about the company on the MCA website. There was no mention about it. There was nothing mentioned about it on Google. I started receiving emails and calls from some so called Advocate, Kuldeep Joshi ([email protected], phone number- 7623002402) They said that a case has been registered (case no. – UEL09/2020/339, District- Aurangabad, Maharashtra), but still they were demanding for money. I researched about this case number, but could not find anything.
Today, on 26th January, 2021, i received another mail saying a notice has been sent to my address. This is complete harrasment. I am not able to focus on other things because of this fake company and it’s people. I am not responding to any of the mails, because i know everything is fake. But they neee to stop. I found certain number of complaints against this company, Fusion Tech with the same story. Few people even paid the amount which they demanded.
So, please take strict actions against this fake company and the people involved with this. Make sure that the people who paid the amount gets their refund.

Same is happened with me today. Now they are doing it using the name of Vintage infosys. Advocate shivani gayakwad calls me and tells me to pay the amount of 12950 or else they will file a case against me. But as I have gone through here, I find this is also happening to others and it is complete fraud. I request you to please avoid and block them.
