Dear Sir,
This is to bring in your kind notification that, B.V.Rupapara, S/O- Navneet Rupapara, resident of Joshipura, Junagadh, Dist.- Gujarat, is an SBI Credit card holder with card number 5172 5280 5404 4079 had been cheated with a fraudulent trans# of 2,99,698 INR, done on 24th and 25th July 2022 at in the name of PTM *Paytm Wallet Noida (Details Attached with this application).
Inform you that we have SBI Bank Kalwa Chowk Branch Account Number (56169015170). SBI credit card was issued to us from the SBI Bank Kalwa Chowk, Junagadh branch whose number is (5172 5280 5404 4079). We received it one year ago and we have not used it anywhere but you have deducted the charge, we are attaching the statement receipt and xerox of the card to this mail to refund the debited charge to our bank account. Kindly request to close the SBI credit card completely.
Note:- We have written the application for the complete closure of the SBI credit card on 09/12/2021 in SBI credit card Indralok Arcade Junagadh. And there we were told that your credit card will be closed in 24 hours and after your credit card is closed we will not be able to do any kind of transaction in it but we have been told from there.
Now further we come to know that our SBI credit card has been closed, but we have received the new statement of SBI credit card dated 20/08/2022 by post. The amount of which is 2,99,698. This amount has been embezzled without our knowledge. So we want you to know that the credit card is closed, then how did the credit card get activated? And how this amount was embezzled from the credit card. We complained on date 30/08/2022 SOG. The complaint number we have filed is (31108220050179).
Note:- My credit card has since been closed after SOG Complaint
Now knowing that we have closed the credit card, even though we have been embezzled from the credit card, who will reimburse the money? Even though we have complained, on date 03/10/2022 from my account SBI credit card Rs. 10,204.00 is deducted. Even when we got a call from SBI credit card, we said that we have filed a complaint and I told those people that you will not make any transaction in my account until the complaint is resolved.
