I had ordered 6 packs of innerwares undergarments but received only two cheap looking pair of bras which was totally different from what I had ordered along with a block of wood. Kindly help me to get a full refund and take action against these frauds.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved. Iam mailing to this frauders since day one but they are not responding to my mail now i hv msgd to gpay from where i paid the amt to refund my money
