Made payment to Instagram store to purchase 3 suits,later they deleted the page.

I too placed two prepaid orders, they’re not replying now , neither I got the parcels.
I have the same issue. She has fooled me also. I paid for 3 suits and she said within 5-7 days it will get delivered. It’s been more than 10 days now and I have recieved no intimation. She’s not responding to my messages also. Keeps posting stories.
Is there anything we can do to take action against this page?
