On Jan 22, 2022 , I had two dresses from Instagram seller who assured me there are easy return and exchange policy and refund would be done within a day. Within the working days of 8-10 days, the package was delivered (Jan 28, 2022), however, the product was not which I ordered ( there were old, torn and filthy clothes 2-pieces). When I asked for a refund, the seller did not replied till date. The number of the seller was also switched off. I want to raise a complaint against these sellers and I request the concerned authorities to help me with refund of my money viz-a-viz INR 880/-.
