I have purchased four pair of earrings from an instagram store called Hand Crafted Jewels. I was by Sonal Azad and her contact is 7371989089. I have made payment of Rs.960 through Gpay to this number. I have received completed defective products. When asked about it they have blocked me from everywhere and I never received a response. I would like to return the defective products and receive refund.
