I had for some reason tried Indiabulls Dhani (Dhani app) to avail a credit facility (my loan account : CL08280153) but within one week I realised that this company is a fraud, they don’t give nay discount instead they exploit you by charging rs.249 every month, I instantly reached to their customer care and asked to allow me to pay all your dues (areound rs.2000) , because their Dhani mobile application never gets updated not give me any option to pay back their credit, but I have been asking to close my account …even I have paid all their dues but still these people never close nor they respond…they say the loan will be closed when there will be a time..Please check attached details and verify the case
