I booked Maldives package with TravelTriangle agent. Package was consists of resort booking & flight tickets. After payment of first installment, TravelTriangle agent told me that room which was given in quotation is not available. And he shared different quotation with different room. Since resorts were getting full, I confirmed the 2nd quotation. Then again after few days, agent told me that now other rooms are also not available. I asked him to provide me another resort. But after few days, again he informed me that other resorts are also not available. And he will provide partial refund. I told him that, I never booked this trip only for flights and give me full refund. Even after 10 days, agent is still not ready to full refund, and even in flight tickets, after so much of inconvenience, he is charging convenience fee.
I want full refund as this trip was cancelled by TravelTriangle agent and not me.
