I booked ticket from lucknow to Delhi and paid R’s 3433. After 30 minutes the send mail your booking is cancel due to some error(ref no. REF756034848. I call them and asked why it is cancel but they are not able to give proper answer. I told him OK you book again. They told us our representative will call you but they didn’t call. I again called him after 2 hour nut they reply same. After 30 mimute they call and asking R’s 1500 more for the booking as price increases. When I checked in site, ticket price was the same as before. I told them I don’t need any booking and immediate returned my amount within 2 days. They dropped the call.
