I have took there plan of 300 Mbps today (9 Nov 2023) and from today I am getting speed issue. To resolve this issue I have contacted there customer support but they are unable to resolve this. Then I told them to initiate the refund for the service which they promise and they told me it’s not possible for them to initiate the refund for prepaid service. By doing this kind of fraud by JioFiber don’t know how many people may became victims of this.
