I ordered a shoe rack from SHIFTO 1kg..At that time they were showing Buy 1 get 1 free..And today 13/1/24 I got an item which is totally different what I have ordered and broken also..And now when I called their customer care they are telling me that download some ‘RUSTDESK’ app then we will direct u how to get a refund…I know it is a fraud that’s why I didn’t do what they said..
