Sir, actually I downloaded the Indian union credit cash application for loan, as I need money, first of all application asked for membership and I paid 9k for membership than applied for 6 lakh personal loan amount, than application asked to me to pay 30k for management fee, than i discussed with customer chat support on WhatsApp and he told that to do it if didn’t got loan amount than my 30k will be refunded, after confirmation i paid that amount, but I didn’t got the same, and showing that my loan has been disbursed and again asking for 30k for activation, again went to customer support on WhatsApp and now he is saying to pay the same, where I denied and told them that now I don’t have money and in this situation please refund the same than they are not giving, even making me offer to pay 15k for activation, and said that they are giving me this just because I purchased premium membership, I told them that right now I don’t have such money so please refund me my amount and in future will do the same if i required, but now they are not helping and now they even not replying me. I told them that if in this case will take necessary action but still they are not refunding, please support me here to get that amount.
